Harrisburg Police are still searching for the suspect in the shooting of three people early Saturday morning.

It happened on East Dayton Street about 2:30 a.m.

Police say the shooting happened outdoors, and the three victims were taken to area hospitals. The Harrisburg Police Department, Saline County Sheriff’s Department and the Illinois State Police are investigating.

Harrisburg Mayor John McPeek issued a statement on Saturday saying justice would be served.
