A Mt. Vernon man has been sentenced to prison time after being found guilty of federal drug charges.
After a 2-day trial at the Federal Courthouse in Benton, 31-year old Robert Tate was convicted of conspiring to manufacture meth and intentionally distributing meth.
Tate faces up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine. His sentencing is scheduled for August 5th.
