A Johnston City man has pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a child.

70-year old Davis Mallory pleaded guilty Wednesday afternoon to one count of criminal sexual assault, which is a class 1 felony.

Mallory is expected to receive the maximum 15 year sentence, as well as $400 in fines. The victim was 10 years old at the time of the crime.
