A Benton teen accused of crashing his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol has pleaded not guilty.

17-year old Clay Kelley is charged with Aggravated DUI in connection with a crash on October 24th where prosecutors allege that Kelley drove his truck into a tree, and then a mobile home, before fleeing the scene with two companions.

As a result of the crash, 17-year old Isaiah Snowden died.

Kelley will face the Aggravated DUI charge as an adult, as he turns 18 on December 12th.

Additional charges against Kelley are possible.
