A ramp in Jefferson Co. connecting two interstates had to be shut down Monday for about eight hours after a truck overturned.

58-year old Karen Behenna of South Haven, Mississippi was towing a trailer filled with 42,000 pounds of soybeans. The trailer shifted as she drove onto the ramp, before overturning, spilling the soybeans onto the roadway.

Behenna was cited for failing to reduce speed while merging from Interstate 64 to Interstate 57.
