Benton Police are investigating an act of vandalism targeting a house of worship.

Leaders of the United Hebrew Temple recently discovered several stained-glass window panels broken out. And, a theft was also reported on the property.

The 12 broken windows will be difficult to replace to their original form, church leaders say. The temple has been a part of the Benton community since 1957.
