BENTON, IL. (WJPF) — A Pulaski County woman has pleaded guilty to two counts of federal bankruptcy fraud.

44-year-old Jessica Browning admitted to concealing over $12,600 in a workman’s compensation award she received three weeks before filing chapter 13 bankruptcy. Browning also admitted to lying to creditors about what she did with the workman’s compensation money.

She faces a maximum sentence of 10 years behind bars and a fine of $500,000.
