At a special meeting of the SIU Board of Trustees is scheduled for Monday.

They’re expected to finalize an agreement ending Randy Dunn’s time as president of the university system.

According to documents released to the public late last week, Dunn will receive a six month severance deal worth $215,000. And in January, he will become a visiting professor at SIU Edwardsville. That position pays $100,000 annually.

Kevin Dorsey, a former dean of the school of medicine will take over as interim president. He’ll be paid $430,000 per year.

Dunn’s last day will be July 30, 2018.
