A West Frankfort man has been arrested on multiple child molestation charges.

51-year-old Ronald Newbold was wanted on a Missouri warrant. Authorities say he is facing six counts of child molestation in which the child was under 14 years old.

He’s being held in the Franklin County Jail, awaiting extradition to Missouri.
