Benton- The Franklin County Juvenile Detention Center’s meth treatment program is facing a proposed cut which could shut down the program.

In Governor  Bruce Rauner’s proposed budget for 2016, the treatment program will have zero funding, and it’s one of many youth programs facing cuts.
