A Du Quoin man is in the hospital after crashing his ATV.

Jackson County Deputies responded to a third party report of an ATV accident near Elkville Road just before 3:30 pm yesterday.

23-year old Dylan Dettman of Du Quoin was found unconscious after reportedly rolling his ATV. Dettman was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.

Dettman was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
