A trial has been scheduled for one of three former Williamson County circuit clerk employees that were charged with theft.

Cheryl Cundiff will be put on trial on April 14th.

Cundiff is charged with two counts of official misconduct, one count of theft and one count of conspiracy to commit theft.

Attorney General Lisa Madigan allege that Cundiff, along with two other women conspired to steal more than $84,000 from bond payments to the circuit clerk’s office between 2008 and 2013.

Cundiff, and the two other women, former Clerk Supervisor Marsha Sue Davis-Dickinson and former Deputy Clerk Kelly Trammel all turned themselves in after the charges were announced.
