Carbondale Police are searching for a missing juvenile.
16 year old Alexis Winters ran away from Gateway Treatment Center in Carbondale on November 10th.
She was last seen wearing a black cardigan, black tank top, black leggings and black boots.
Winters is 5’6’’ and weighs about 130 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.
