Police say they have the theft of more than $3,000 worth of jewelry from a Metropolis store on video, and thanks to the owner, they also have the suspect.

The owner of the Silver Collections store followed the suspect down the street and called police. They arrested 51 year old Letrica May Jarvis of Symsonia, Kentucky.
