A Vergennes woman was found dead in the bathroom of a DuQuoin restaurant on Saturday.
According to WSIL-TV, 29-year old Kaileigh Ralph was found dead at 4:48 AM at the Du Quoin Hardee’s, and the cause of Ralph’s death has yet to be determined pending the results of a toxicology report.
The report says authorities are ruling out foul play.
