Two people were injured after a three car crash Saturday on IL Rt. 14 in Franklin County.

According to the Illinois State Police, A truck being driven by 23-year old Joshua Morris of Zeigler, was attempting to turn north onto Rend City Road, but failed to yield to oncoming traffic, and was hit by a truck being driven by 30-year old Nicholas Wingo of Bourbonnais. Wingo’s truck, after hitting Morris’ truck, struck a car head on that was being driven by 24-year old Kyle Tolbert of Herrin.

Tolbert and Wingo were taken to Herrin Hospital with minor injuries.
