A man is wanted in Jefferson County for failing to appear in court.
22-year old Robert Hayes was charged with one count of driving under the influence and two counts of aggravated DUI resulting in death due to a crash which occurred in October of 2012. Hayes was reportedly speeding through a rest area along Interstate 64 before hitting a tree. Two of his passengers were killed. A hearing in that case was scheduled for March 26th.
Hayes’ last known residence is in the Bluford area.
