A man who is already behind bars for robbing a bank in Harrisburg has now been sentenced to additional time. Casey Heflin is already serving an 8-year sentence in a federal prison for robbing the Old National Bank in Harrisburg in October of 2013, and now he will see an additional three years in an Illinois jail on charges of criminal damage to government property.
