Christopher, Ill. – A woman from Christopher has been sentenced to more than five years in prison for producing meth.

28-year-old Samantha Plumlee previously pleaded guilty to crimes that prosecutors say occurred in 2012 and 2013 across Franklin, Perry, Jackson and Williamson Counties. She will see 70 months in prison along with 3 years of supervised release and a $250 fine.

She is accused of supplying pseudo-ephedrine to make meth with two others. They have pleaded guilty as well and are awaiting their sentences.
