Pinckneyville, Ill. – A pre-trial hearing is set for a man charged with aggravated assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
Nathan Kellerman will appear in court October 21st. Kellerman appeared in court yesterday, where a judge dismissed arguments that Kellerman’s second amendment rights were violated with the charges. He’s accused of pointing a pistol at a man outside a club in the early-morning hours on New Year’s Day.
Kellerman is the son of Pinckneyville Mayor August Kellerman.
