The Johnston City Indians bounced back from an overtime loss in Week 8 with a big 38-6 win at Carmi-White County in Week 9. Matt Varney spoke with Johnston City head coach Todd Thomas about the bounce back and Saturday's playoff game against Auburn.
The Lady Vols finished the season Tuesday night in an 89-58 loss to #5 Wabash Valley in the District Tournament semifinals. Friday night Murphysboro boys' basketball coach Daryl Murphy collected his 600th career win with a 63-54 win at Massac County. Voice of the Red Devils, Matt Varney, met up with Murphy after the win to discuss the game and winning 600 games.
