Tibretta Reiman is the newly appointed assistant director of the Du Quoin State Fair, and Rebecca Clark is spokesperson for the Illinois Department of Agriculture. They both joined Tom Miller in the studio to talk about the new theme for this year's state fair and how they're working to make the Fair remain affordable to the public.
