SIU President Randy Dunn stopped by the studio to discuss the higher education funding plans debated by state lawmakers, as well as the recent graffiti on SIU's Faner Hall regarding a protest organized by an anonymous student group.

John Tillman is the CEO of the Illinois Policy Institute. Tillman joins Tom Miller for a conversation regarding executive orders passed at the last minute by former Gov. Pat Quinn, as well as an executive order passed by Governor Bruce Rauner on Tuesday.
