West Frankfort Mayor Tom Jordan joins us to discuss the home rule ballot question in West Frankfort from the perspective of someone in favor of home rule.

State Representative Brandon Phelps spoke with Tom Miller on the phone. They discussed many topics, including one referring to Phelps' proposal for a constitutional amendment to make taxpayer money for road funds go towards road repairs as they are intended.
