Murphysboro began holding Open Gym for their basketball players on Thursday with contact days becoming available once again to the high-risk sport participants. Brad Norman was announced as the next Head Golf Coach at Murphysboro on Wednesday this week. The move came as a shock to some as Norman has revived the Chester Yellowjackets boys basketball program and made it in to a regular powerhouse in the Black Diamond West.
