Matt Varney talked with Southern Illinois University Director of Athletics Tim Leonard Friday evening about the decision to part ways with men's basketball coach Bryan Mullins and the upcoming search for a new head coach.

John A. Logan College assistant coach Marcus Walker joined the show on Tuesday to talk about Monday's big win over Rend Lake and the upcoming game against Olney Central College.

The Johnston City Indians had to fight for a win over #14 Auburn last week but they came out on top 16-8.  Now they're headed to #11 Breese (Mater Dei) this Saturday, a team that presents a lot of problems.  Matt Varney and head coach of the Indians, Todd Thomas, discussed both games and solutions to the Breese Mater Dei Knights.
