An 18 year old Harrisburg teen is being held without bond this morning after a weekend shooting near Southeastern Illinois College.

Dalton Williams is charged with attempted murder, aggravated discharge of a firearms and aggravated battery with a firearm.

The shooting victim has been released from the hospital.
