The trials of two of the men charged in connected with a deadly Easter Sunday shooting in Carbondale have been delayed.
John Ingram and Travis Tyler appeared in Jackson County court on Tuesday. They are accused of shooting at Nehemiah Greenlee and killing Timothy Beaty who was hit by a stray bullet inside his home.
A Judge granted a continuance because of delays in processing evidence at the state crime lab. The trials are now scheduled for January 24.
