BENTON, Ill. (WJPF) – The Rend Lake Water Festival starts tomorrow.

The festival, “Sparkle & Splash,” will run from April 29th through May 2nd in Benton.

Hours for the carnival are scheduled for 6pm-10pm Wednesday through Friday and 1pm-5pm and 6pm-10pm on Saturday.

The parade will take place on Saturday, May 2nd at 10:02am.

A few other events during the festival include a chili cookoff and a vendor fair.
