Gilliland was an All-MACCC 1st team selection this past year averaging 23.2 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.4 assists as a freshman. He was all the conference’s Freshman of the Year.
Gilliland leaves Pearl River after his head coach, Gerry McNamara, departed for Syracuse as the next head coach of the Orange.
