CARBONDALE, IL. — Carbondale Mayor Mike Henry is said to be recovering after undergoing knee replacement surgery.

The operation is expected to keep Henry out of the office for the next three weeks.

Mayor Pro-Tem Carolin Harvey will temporarily take over mayoral duties during that time.
