A former employee of the Jackson County Jail has been convicted of Custodial Sexual Misconduct.

38-year-old Kentaro Misuda was accused of having sexual relations with a person who was in the custody of the jail.

Sentencing is set for October 12th. Misuda could receive anything from probation to five years behind bars.
