Beginning Monday, 9/18/17, both east and west bound traffic of Route 13 west of Division Street in Carterville and west of Route 148 in Herrin will be reduced to one lane.

IDOT says to expect significant delays and suggests drivers to take an alternate route.

Work is expected to be completed by  Thursday, 9/21/17, weather permitting.
