Jackson County officials now say they are investigating the deaths of Murphysboro couple Burl and Brenda Ritcheson as a double homicide.

The Ritchesons were found dead at their home early Monday morning.

There have been no arrests.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Pettet Funeral Home in Murphysboro, with visitation from 11 to 1 before the service.
