Congressman Mike Bost called yesterday for an investigation into claims of poor patient conditions, organizational corruption, nepotism, intimidation and bullying at the Marion VA.

Bost said a new report from federal investigators detailing claims since 2014 has led to his calls for investigation into problems that could have led to veterans dying.

The report talks about the deaths of at least 15 veterans at the Community Living Center since October.

Bost said he wants answers from the Veterans Administration by September.
