Winds and heavy rains led to flooding and some damage yesterday across southern Illinois.

Winds of up to 80 miles per hour bent over trees outside Pinckneyville and there was minor damage reported in Du Quoin.

In Franklin County, a semi flipped into a ditch off Route 154 during one of the rounds of storms.
