Franklin County treasurer John Gulley is stepping down after 10 years in office. His resignation will take effect Feb. 28. He’ll start a new job as the controller at Rend Lake College on March 1.

Someone will be appointed to serve out the rest of Gulley’s term. He would have been up for re-election in 2018.
