Franklin County authorities have arrested a Benton man after a report of a meth lab inside a home on South First Street.

Deputies executed a search warrant there and found large amounts of meth and meth making materials. They arrested 52 year old Steven Blackman of Benton.

Sheriff Don Jones says that investigation is continuing.
