Walker’s Bluff is hopes to expand just got a big boost.

The Carterville Winery hopes to build a resort on the property, complete with a 300 room hotel, convention center, water park, and casino.

The project is expected to cost close to one hundred eighty million dollars and was recently endorsed by the Southern Illinois Mayor Association.
