A Herrin man pleaded guilty to heroin related charges last week in Federal Court.

47-year old James Taylor pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute heroin and one count of heroin distribution.

Taylor was arrested after selling heroin to a police informant on June 26th.

Taylor faces up to 20 years in federal prison.
