A woman who was inadvertently shot by police during a standoff in Marion on Tuesday is said to be in stable condition.
Williamson County State’s Attorney Brandon Zanotti says the woman, whose name has not been released, is going to be fine and that they’re hopeful she can give a statement by next week.

27-year old Joshua Green was killed by police after a four hour standoff on Tuesday. Green was holding the woman hostage during this time.
Zanotti says authorities recovered one stolen weapon, which was being used by Green during the standoff. Two other weapons, a pair of pistols remain missing.
Five Marion Police officers have been placed on administrative leave after the standoff.
