A newspaper report says that a search committee will soon name the finalists for the Chancellor position at SIU.
Interviews were conducted before the weekend, and 3-5 contenders will be on the list.
The person who is hired will replace former Interim Chancellor Paul Sarvela who passed away on Novmeber 9th.
