A Chicago man is behind bars after police found around 21 grams of cocaine in his car.

24-year old Samuel Hill of Chicago was arrested after a police officer in Energy found 19 individual plastic bags filled with cocaine. Hill was initially stopped for a minor traffic violation.

Hill was charged with improper lane usage, failure to dim his headlights, and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

Hill was taken to the Williamson County Jail awaiting his first court appearance.
