Carbondale, Ill. – A man from Harrisburg is accused of taking unauthorized pictures inside a dressing room.

23-year-old Jonathan Quertermous is charged with illegal videotaping and disorderly conduct on accusations he was taking photos of a woman inside the dressing room of the Kohl’s in Carbondale Sept. 24.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 23.
