Carbondale, Ill. – Police are investigating a fire at an apartment complex in Carbondale.

Four residents and two firefighters were taken to the hospital after the fire Saturday afternoon at the Carbondale Towers on Mill Street. The firefighters have been released but the status of the residents is unknown as of Monday morning.
