Union County, Ill. – A woman from Carbondale is accused of threatening the Union County Circuit Clerk.

70-year-old Linda Basler appeared in Union County court Tuesday on one count of threatening a public official. She was initially charged June 12.

Basler is being held on $500,000 dollars bond.
