Dr. Rhine is a veterinarian of the Central Hospital for Animals. He joined Tom Miller in the studio to discuss the warming temperatures of spring and what health concerns that can bring for our furry friends. Dr. Rhine also answered listener calls and gave tips on detecting health issues with your pet and how to make sure your pet stays healthy year-round.
