Anna, Ill. – An assistant principal and athletic director at Anna Jr. High School faces drug possession charges.
30-year-old Tony Rinella faces three counts of possession of a controlled substance. He is now on paid administrative leave from Anna District 37.
A statement from Anna District 37 Superintendent Chuck Goforth says the school is conducting it’s own investigation into the charges.
Rinella will appear in court next on November 18.
