
PULASKI COUNTY, Ill. (WJPF) – A Pulaski County man has been arrested for trafficking methamphetamine.
The arrest is a result of a traffic stop when an officer observed a dodge caliber speeding on Highway 70 in Pulaski County.
The driver, 41 year old Joshua Denney, was arrested after the deployment of a K9 alerted officers to the presence of narcotics. Officers found a pound of suspected methamphetamine packaged inside a plastic bag inside a box of graham crackers.
Denney was charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First Degree.
He was taken to the Pulaski County Detention Center.
