MARION, Ill., (WJPF) — Following a recent rise in COVID-19 cases, the Franklin-Williamson Bi-County Health Department has announced the return of weekly vaccination clinics.

Vaccinations will be offered at the health department’s Marion office on Mondays and at the Benton office on Tuesdays.

Vaccinations should be scheduled online through the CDC’s website, vaccines.gov. Bi-County Health says users may encounter an out of stock error message, but that should be ignored. Vaccinations can also be scheduled over the phone by calling 997-2021.

The Jackson County Health Department offers walk-in vaccinations at their office in Murphysboro Monday – Friday.
